During the COVID pandemic many businesses closed and unpredictable health restrictions made it difficult to continue to operate a business in a traditional capacity. Many people and businesses learned that remote work was a viable option as well as “gig work” which became a viable alternative form of income to survive.

With COVID the landscape of employment rapidly changed, and many hard-working people found themselves outside of the qualifying requirements for traditional financing options. As a younger lender in the space, this is where Deephaven thrives. Deephaven’s mission is clear and simple: To provide innovative mortgage products to the millions of borrowers underserved by the traditional mortgage industry. Deephaven champions those mortgage borrowers whose independence, entrepreneurial drive, and determination are often the very reason why they can’t qualify for a traditional loan. However, as a new lender, they lacked the visibility and brand to gain a foothold in the industry.

  • Align a three-pronged media attack consisting of paid and organic digital advertising, paid and organic print advertisement, and social media posts.
